RUNNING because when you reach your limit while running, you will get voices from yourself that ‘OK you have ran a lot already, lets STOP now, lets take a BREAK’. Keep running answering to your voices that ‘NO I have to run MORE, I need to reach my GOAL’. This will make you prepared to face any problem, you will have the courage to face difficulties.

READING because there are Millions, Billions and Trillions of people who lived before us and there is no unique problem you are facing today. There have been Tons of people who already survived the problem you are facing now. Keep reading daily, you will get solution for all the problems you will ever face.
